Processing Time
- Original artworks: 5-7 business days (require careful packaging)
- Art prints: 2-3 business days
- Digital downloads: Instant delivery via email
Processing times may be extended during busy periods.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.
Delivery Time (after processing)
- Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Carriers
We use PostNL, DHL, or DPD depending on destination and order type. All shipments include tracking.
Packaging
Original artworks are packaged with protective materials including reinforced corners and bubble wrap. Prints are shipped in rigid tubes or flat protective packaging.
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
Customs & Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
Insurance
High-value original artworks are shipped with insurance coverage. Art prints are shipped with standard carrier coverage.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at margotfume2026@gmail.com with photos (if damaged) and your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
